This Privacy Policy explains how GoFlare Labs (individual developer listing under Neeraj Gupta on the Apple App Store, and GoFlare Labs on the Google Play Store) collects, stores, and processes your data for the mobile application Flare (package name: com.goflare.app), accessible at https://goflare.in, to connect you with compatible people.

1. Data We Collect

• Profile Information: Your name, age, gender, interested in, occupation, height, education, pets, interests, photos, and answers to compatibility questions.
• Location Data: Real-time latitude and longitude to filter profiles by proximity. You can toggle visibility of your location and distance in preferences.
• Messages & Chats: Safe text and photo messages sent inside chatrooms.
• Device Identifiers: APNS/FCM device tokens for remote push notifications.

2. How Data is Used

All data is analyzed locally on Firestore and Secure Cloud Functions. Compatibility questions are encoded into high-dimensional vectors to calculate compatibility embeddings. Location info is used to calculate haversine distance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Deletion Rights

You have the absolute right to delete your account. You can do this at any time inside the app via Edit Profile -> Delete Account. This immediately deletes your profile, matches, compatibility answers, uploaded photos, and authentication credentials from our servers. If you no longer have the app installed, you can submit a manual deletion request on our website at https://goflare.in/delete-account.
