Flare
Safety & Community Guidelines
Flare is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and authentic space for real-world meetups. Please review our core safety guidelines below.
1. Live Verification & Zero Catfishing
Every Flare broadcast requires a 2-second outfit selfie taken live on the spot. Camera roll uploads are disabled to guarantee zero fake profiles and 100% real people.
2. Reporting & Blocking Controls
You are in complete control of your experience:
- Report: Instantly report any user from their profile or chat. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
- Block: Permanently block a user to end all contact and hide your profiles from each other.
- Unmatch: Remove a match immediately from your active chats.
3. Real-World Meetup Safety Tips
- Meet in public places: Always connect at populated venues like cafes, lounges, or public campus areas.
- Protect personal info: Never share home addresses or financial details.
- Tell a friend: Let someone know who you're meeting and where you're located.
